I'm Michelle, owner of Chrysalis Creative. My focus is on helping business owners gain clarity on their brand and business, allowing them to focus on their passions and simplify their marketing journey.
Kelly Tibbets
I'm Kelly, the owner and operator of Love|Yoga|Grace. Yoga helped me with my struggles of PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Now, I focus on wholehearted wellbeing and create programs to meet people where they are on their paths to wellness.
the retreat
You'll begin the day getting grounded, taking time to breathe and recenter with an opening meditation. This meditation will bring you back to yourself and allow you time to land in the space, to prepare for the day ahead.

9:30am - 4:30pm
In the first marketing lab, you will learn about the marketing eco-system and how to create your own. You will have time to evaluate all of your current marketing efforts and create a plan for your marketing future. Not sure what a marketing eco-system is? Okay, it's a fancy term for all of the marketing efforts you have in your business - social media, website, branding, paid media, SEO. Chances are you already have one! We'll put all of the pieces together so you have a real strategy to delivery your marketing.

Community time! You'll have time to connect with other business owners while you refuel with brunch at a local hotspot.

We'll begin the afternoon with yoga for your nervous system to help you feel relaxed and centred. You will work through a super slow and gentle practice, allowing you to fully embrace the present moment. Using focus, breath, and affirmations, you'll feel empowered as we move into our interactive Q+A session.
​
In our Q+A, ask all the questions you want about your marketing - social media, website, blogging, whatever! You'll learn about some trends happening in social media, but this time is really for you to ask all the burning questions that you have about your marketing - unfiltered.
You'll close out the day with some gentle and mindful movement, connecting your breath to your body. Deep yin-like holds and delicious restorative moments will be capped off with Yoga Nidra.

The little details:
Yoga mat and comfy props will be supplied. If you want to bring your fave blanket or sweater to stay cozy, please do! Yoga clothes are not required, but we encourage you to dress comfortably for the day!
Coffee + tea, as well as tasty treats, can be purchased from our friends at Sunworks, which is conveniently on location. Brunch is not included in your ticket price; you'll be able to choose your own brunch selections. Preorders will be done for ease.
